Our Approach

We have learned that performance depends on connecting a stimulating vision to the right group of people in ways that enable them to perform with a passion. Accordingly, we advocate developing a strong vision statement, meaningful performance goals, and a culture that increasingly comes alive with a passion for doing what is right, and doing it extremely well. Here is how we do it.

VISION  We work with corporate leaders, department leaders, product leaders, etc., to freshly articulate a vision for a desired future. We do that most often with just a one-day vision development workshop that uses an extensive reconnaissance process to clearly articulate the reality of things, so a practical vision can be defined.

PERFORMANCE  Once the vision is defined, the one-day performance workshop is coordinated with appropriate members from perhaps manufacturing, research and development, suppliers, marketing, etc., to create a product development or business development campaign. In this process we also address the positioning and visual identification that will convey the distinctive characteristics of the product or business development campaign.

COMING ALIVE  A performance culture that is alive gets results, the right results. A mediocre culture does not complete things or does not complete them well.
